With over 50 years of collective experience, our team has produced events from 10 people to 20,000 people. Matt Barnett has been in the entertainment industry for over 20 years and is recognized as one of the top talent buyers nation wide, garnering him several IEBA nominations for Corporate Buyer of the Year. Throughout his career, he has worked with top level talent including The Dave Matthews Band, John Mayer, Bruno Mars, Maroon 5, Imagine Dragons, Sting, Gwen Stefani, Enrique Iglesias and many, many more.
As a champion for his clients, Matt believes that our job is to make your talent and speaker experiences as easy and flawless as possible. When Matt opened OnStage Talent Group in 2008, his goal was to create a positive work environment where dedicated and seasoned professionals can consult their clients on the best practices and options for their entertainment needs. And for over 10 years, he has lived and practiced that vision, often exceeding our client's expectations and creating lasting memories and experiences for our clients and their guests.
When Matt manages to find some free time between his office and travel schedules, he can often be found on the golf course, catching a local Lakers game, or spending time with his beloved wife or his two teenage daughters.
Kevin White, a graduate of UCLA, is a longtime seasoned veteran in the corporate entertainment business for 20+ years who has secured, managed and/or produced corporate shows with Aerosmith, Sting, Imagine Dragons, Gwen Stefani, Kid Rock, Bruno Mars, Duran Duran, Don Henley, Train, Tony Bennett, Sheryl Crow, Fitz & The Tantrums, OneRepublic, Matchbox Twenty, Diana Ross……and many more. He has a great perspective on how to balance the needs of corporate clients with those of the talent. Always keeping an eye on the minute details, he maintains focus on the big-pictures objective of creating a memorable and stress-free experience for his clients while providing the star-treatment necessary to the artists that enables them to deliver exceptional performances. Kevin also manages one of the most popular corporate acts, the all-star classic rock band, World Classic Rockers.
His experience with talent management, concert production, and passion for raising the bar of his clients’ events to an elite level has been recognized by his peers in the industry as a two-time nominee for Corporate Buyer of the Year by the International Entertainment Buyers Association.
DIRECTOR OF EVENTS
A Los Angeles native, Stephanie Hail graduated from UCLA with a BA in Sociology. Following her passion for music, she began her career at the House of Blues on Sunset Blvd as Retail Supervisor. Shortly after earning her degree, she used the experience that she had gained and joined the Corporate Sponsorship team at the House of Blues corporate offices in Hollywood, CA.
In 2007, Stephanie took a position working for a corporate entertainment company in Los Angeles where one of her primary focuses was client relationships and the careful handling of every event. She has a keen business mind when it comes to strategy and problem solving and a gift for making things happen when it seems they can’t.
In her latest position at OnStage Talent Group, Stephanie has joined a seasoned team of Talent Specialists who leverage their incredibly valuable and in depth knowledge of the events and entertainment industry. At OnStage, our team goal is to provide the best service, based on our wealth of experience and expertise, and to produce phenomenal results for our clients and their guests. Her speaker and entertainment knowledge is unmatched by most and continues to grow as she likes to keep her eye on the changing trends in the industry.
When she is not working or traveling, she spends most of her time with her husband and daughter baking, cooking, hosting parties and making frequent trips to Disneyland.
SENIOR EVENT MANAGER
Sara Partida, a Florida native and graduate of the University of Florida, is an experienced event professional with 20 years of experience in the meetings and events industry with a primary focus on developing, planning, and executing corporate events. She is a Certified Meeting Professional who enjoys, and performs at her best, in challenging and fast-paced environments. She is dedicated to providing flawless execution of her events and projects and is known for her proactive communication, organization, creativity, resourcefulness and making things happen.
Rick Huber has worked with OnStage Talent Group since the beginning. Helping oversee production on multiple events all over the world. From Cruise Ships in the Mediterranean, Concerts in magnificent Old Buildings in Venice to Ruins in Ephesus Turkey plus Hotel Ballrooms and Concert venues all over the US. Sometimes bringing in all the production such as staging, sound, lighting and video gear, hiring labor and managing all aspects of the production. Other times working with existing production teams to coordinate the needs of the artists OnStage have booked for the event. Rick has 30+ years of touring and production experience to draw from and is a big help to the OnStage team.
