MATT BARNETT
PRESIDENT
Matt Barnett has been in the entertainment industry for over 30 years and is recognized as one of the top talent buyers nationwide, garnering him several IEBA nominations for Corporate Buyer of the Year. Throughout his career, he has worked with top level talent including The Dave Matthews Band, John Mayer, Train, Bruno Mars, Maroon 5, Imagine Dragons, Sting, Gwen Stefani, Jerry Seinfeld, Bryan Adams, Lionel Richie and many, many more.
As a champion for his clients, Matt believes that our job is to make your talent and speaker experiences as easy and flawless as possible. After 13 years in the business, Matt opened OnStage Talent Group in 2008 snf his goal was to create a positive work environment where dedicated and seasoned professionals can consult their clients on the best practices and options for their entertainment needs. And for over 15 years, he has lived and practiced that vision, often exceeding our client's expectations and creating lasting memories and experiences for our clients and their guests.

When Matt manages to find some free time between his office and travel schedules, he can often be found on the golf course, catching a local Lakers game, or spending time with his beloved wife or his two daughters.

KEVIN WHITE
VICE PRESIDENT
Kevin White, a graduate of UCLA, is a longtime seasoned veteran in the corporate entertainment business for nearly 40 years. With years of experience delivering corporate sponsorships for the World Champion Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Kings, as well as negotiating corporate tie-ins with some of Hollywood’s most memorable feature length films behind him, Kevin has worked the past 25+ years booking and/or produced corporate entertainment shows with headline acts such as Aerosmith, Sting, Imagine Dragons, Gwen Stefani, Kid Rock, Bruno Mars, Duran Duran, Don Henley, Train, Tony Bennett, Sheryl Crow, Fitz & The Tantrums, OneRepublic, Matchbox Twenty, Diana Ross, Bryan Adams, Dave Matthews Band……and many more. He has a great perspective on how to balance the needs of corporate clients with those of the talent. Always keeping an eye on the minute details, he maintains focus on the big-pictures objective of creating a memorable and stress-free experience for his clients while providing the star-treatment necessary to the artists that enables them to deliver exceptional performances.
For the past 28 years Kevin has also managed one of the most popular corporate acts, the all-star classic rock band, World Classic Rockers featuring former members of super-groups Journey, Boston, Santana, Steppenwolf, and Lynyrd Skynyrd.
His experience with talent management, concert production, and passion for raising the bar of his clients’ events to an elite level has been recognized by his peers in the industry with multiple nominations for Corporate Buyer of the Year by the International Entertainment Buyers Association.
Outside of work Kevin is a lifelong fan of the L.A. Rams, Dodgers, Lakers and his alma mater, UCLA Bruins football and basketball teams. He particularly enjoys traveling to Europe with his wife and daughter, is a lifelong fan of Disneyland and collector of vintage Disneyland memorabilia.

STEPHANIE HAIL
DIRECTOR OF CONTENT STRATEGY
Stephanie Hail has nearly two decades of experience in corporate event entertainment, with an expertise in both musical acts and keynote speakers. Following her passion for music, she began her career at the House of Blues on Sunset in 2001. Shortly after earning her degree, she joined the Corporate Sponsorship team at the House of Blues corporate offices in Hollywood, CA and later moved into corporate event entertainment, spending 7 years with a Live Nation Company before joining OnStage Talent Group.
For over ten years, Stephanie has been a part of the team of Talent Specialists at OnStage, who leverage their valuable and in depth knowledge of the events and entertainment industry to secure the most in demand speakers and entertainers for our client's events. Her experience and knowledge is unmatched by most and she continues to grow by staying up to date on changing trends in the industry.

A Los Angeles native, Stephanie Hail graduated from UCLA with a BA in Sociology in 2005. When she is not working or traveling, she spends most of her time with her husband and daughter volunteering, seeing musical theater shows, hosting parties and making frequent trips to the many SoCal theme parks.

SARA PARTIDA
SENIOR EVENT MANAGER
A Florida native and proud graduate of the University of Florida, Sara Partida is a seasoned event professional and Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) with over 20 years of experience in the meetings and events industry, with a primary focus on developing, planning, and executing corporate events. In her previous role at Universal Orlando Resort, she managed high-profile events ranging from intimate gatherings to multi-million-dollar productions and grand opening media events and celebrations.

Her strengths lie in her proactive communication, creativity, and resourceful problem-solving. Whether leading large-scale corporate programs or managing talent needs on-site, Sara thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, consistently delivering results with attention to detail and professionalism and proving that even the most high-stakes events can be handled with grace, grit, and a good laugh.

In her role at OnStage Talent Group, Sara brings a wealth of experience from her career producing events across a portfolio of world-renowned theme parks and high-energy nighttime entertainment venues. Sara has seamlessly transitioned her skills to support OnStage’s mission of delivering exceptional service and unforgettable event memories and experiences. As part of a team of seasoned industry experts, she leverages her in-depth industry knowledge and operational excellence to enhance every event and project, with the goal of ultimately elevating the client, talent, and guest experiences through thoughtful planning and a commitment to flawless execution.

When she’s not helping to bring events to life, Sara enjoys quality time with her husband and their Shih Tzu, Bowie…often soaking up the sun in the Florida Keys, enjoying live music, or proudly cheering on the Florida Gators.

MADYSON BARNETT
EVENT ASSISTANT
Madyson Barnett is an Event Assistant with a passion for creating meaningful and memorable experiences for OnStage clients. A recent graduate of Texas Christian University, she brings a strong background in event coordination, creative design, and client service to each and every project. Mady supports event execution from setup to showtime, helping ensure every detail is just right. With a love for teamwork, and a high energy, can-do attitude, she’s excited to grow in the world of events and bring big ideas to life.

JENNIFER TYLER
CONTROLLER
As Controller at OnStage Talent Group, Jennifer Tyler brings precision, integrity, and a passion for numbers to everything she does. Originally from Pacific Palisades, she keeps things running smoothly off-stage and behind the scenes while also staying on her toes, both in the office and on the pickleball court!
A proud mom of two, Jennifer balances her professional expertise with a vibrant and active family life.

STEVE MOON
PRODUCTION SUPPORT
Steve is a production manager and audio-visual professional with a background in live performance. A native of the Detroit area and a graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in music performance, he moved to the San Francisco Bay Area, where he spent nearly two decades as a full-time pianist and keyboardist before transitioning into entertainment and corporate AV production. With experience on both sides of the stage, Steve understands the needs and goals of the client, the needs of the performers, and how those intersect to create a memorable guest experience.

RICK HUBER
PRODUCTION SUPPORT
Rick Huber has worked with OnStage Talent Group since the beginning. Helping oversee production on multiple events all over the world. From Cruise Ships in the Mediterranean, Concerts in magnificent Old Buildings in Venice to Ruins in Ephesus Turkey plus Hotel Ballrooms and Concert venues all over the US. Sometimes bringing in all the production such as staging, sound, lighting and video gear, hiring labor and managing all aspects of the production. Other times working with existing production teams to coordinate the needs of the artists OnStage have booked for the event. Rick has 35+ years of touring and production experience to draw from and is a big help to the OnStage team.
